NRAO's 2008 Calendar
The 2008 NRAO calendar features an image from my research! The
month of September is adorned with an image of W44, one of many
interacting supernova remnants I study.
This
image won an honorable
mention having been submitted by my advisor
Farhad Yusef-Zadeh for the 2007 NRAO/AUI Image contest.

Spitzer Visiting Grad Student
I have been selected as one of five students who will spend
six months working at the Spitzer Science Center in 2007/8. I will be
working with Jeonghee Rho on the infrared spectra of supernova remnants.
Looking forward to spending the majority of the Chicago winter in
Pasadena. I will return to Northwestern in mid-February.
