December 16 reminder to all participants

Please note the following three items:

1. If you applied for financial support, you should have heard back from us by now. If you haven't heard from us, please email aspenconf@dtm.ciw.edu immediately.
2. Yesterday was the deadline for submitting your Acceptance Form (below) to the Aspen Center for Physics. If you did not yet send it in, please fax it immediately to:

   IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT YOUR FORM BY THE END OF THIS WEEK YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS. (Fear not, we will accommodate mail delayed by the Holiday rush).
3. Yesterday was also the deadline for submitting your presentation abstracts. We are in the process of bundling these by topic and giving them to the session chairs. Each chair will give a review talk and select a few additional talks from amongst the submissions. IF YOU HAVE NOT SENT YOUR ABSTRACT YET, DO SO IMMEDIATELY IF YOU WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A TALK. Abstracts should be submitted to aspenplanets@astro.princeton.edu. Even if your paper is selected for a talk, you may bring a poster as well, as poster papers can present more details than can be included in a short talk. Some time will be left in the schedule for exciting new results developed between now and February. Please advise us as soon as possible if you have such an item!

R E G I S T R A T I O N:

Conference Registration Fee: $300.00 U.S. funds. After the Dec 15 deadline, please pay by credit card. A 3% charge will be added to cover the processing costs. The Tax ID Number for the ACP is: 84-6059504.
